Holly Brooks, Certified Personal Trainer

Holly Brooks is a certified personal trainer who is available on-site for scheduled personal training sessions. Holly is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds a BS in Elementary Education. She is certified in NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine; NASM-CPT; and with the ISSA-Inernational Sports Sciences Association.

Holly has been in personal training for over 10 years and she focuses on functional training for everyday as well as sports specific programming. She integrates stretch and strength training as part of individual personal fitness success.

Holly is available for one-on-one training, buddy training or groups of 3-5 people and various strength and conditioning programs. She works with ages 9 and up!
